We understand from personal experience how restrictive gluten free and other free from diets can sometimes be- not just for the person with the food intolerances but for the entire family as well. Either the food intolerant person has to have their own separate foods, or the whole family narrows their food choices in an effort to eat safely together.
And we learnt for ourselves that free from is often not something to be enjoyed, but rather something that has to be endured. We don’t want to live like that and we don’t think you should have to live like that either.
So we’ve made it our mission to provide gluten free and free from foods that taste so delicious, that look so good, and that have such a natural texture that you won’t even realise they’re free from gluten and other common allergens. That’s why we promise that Liberate taste so good, you won’t believe they’re gluten free!
In fact, Liberate products are so good, we’ve won 13 Free From Food Product Awards, including numerous gold and silver medals. We’ve even won Best Independent Small Business of the Year 2023!

Liberate is very proud to have won Best Independent Small Brand of the Year 2023, FreeFrom Food Awards UK.
The annual Free From Food Awards UK (FFFA) was founded in 2007 in response to the challenging dietary needs of consumers by celebrating the best in free from foods and products. More and more people are identifying and living with an ever-increasing range of food and product allergies and intolerances as well as conditions such as Coeliac disease.
Industry awards such as the FFFA seek to encourage businesses to bring to market new and improved free from products. The FFFA are open to entrants from right across the world and attract sponsors and new product entires from leading brand businesses and major retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Tescos, Asda and many more. There were over 550 entries so it was such an honour for Liberate to be recognised and awarded by the Free From FoodAwards amongst such prestigious company.
