LiberateMe Subscription

• Pick and Mix from the whole range for a pre-arranged, regular delivery.
• Subscriptions offer a 10% discount on regular pricing.
• Cancel anytime after 4 cycles.

Subscription Conditions:

• Customer must commit to at least 4 delivery cycles during their subscription.
• Customer may choose to scale up to a higher subscription agreement with at least one week’s notice prior to the next scheduled delivery.
• Customer may scale down or opt out after at least 4 delivery cycles on the condition of giving one week’s notice prior to the next delivery date.
• Customer may purchase additional products at anytime, including taking advantage of special deals, but this will be considered to be an order separate to and independent of their subscription order.
• Additional orders outside of the subscription will be dealt with separately and cannot be bundled into a subscription delivery.
• CrumpetClub members will earn membership points as usual, including points earned for subscription spend.
• Opt-out: If wishing to discontinue their subscription, the customer must cancel their subscription at least one week prior to the next delivery date.
• If a product within the subscription selection is not available at the time of picking, the customer to be sent a message requesting to make a decision about that delivery- choose to delay the delivery, opt for an alternative product or receive a credit for the unsupplied product etc
